Oiva deep plate 10 years anniversary

Add a little bit of a luxurious golden edge to the everyday activities of life! In association with the 10th anniversary of Marimekko's Oiva series, designers Maija Louekari and Sami Ruotsalainen have produced a limited edition run of items that feature the contemporary classic design. The minimalist and pared-down figure of the Oiva has been decorated with myriad patterns over the many years it has been in service, imbuing the timeless shape with all sorts of expressive aesthetics. To celebrate this tenth anniversary, the designers went with a more subtle decorative palette, letting the delicately hand-painted gold details highlight the plate's simple but profound shape as well as its dazzling white surface.
