At Nordic Nest we specialize in providing Scandinavian design to private customers all over the world.

Therefore, we do not have a technical solution to accept company orders with VAT number directly via the website.  Of course, we would still like to offer you as a company the opportunity to bring Scandinavian design into your business. 

Why B2B? 

Depending on order volume, we provide business customers with the possibility to order as a company. When qualified as a B2B customer, we can offer; 

• invoices according to local VAT regulations, 
• dedicated support from a designated contact person, 
• simple and swift payment process, 
• a personalized quote (for orders above €1.000).  

How to become a B2B customer? 

To open a business account and place an order or request a quote, please read the Terms and Conditions and contact our B2B team with a completed PDF form at b2b@nordicnest.com. 

Good to know: 

• Please note that all orders placed via the website are treated as private orders. 
• We do not offer VAT refunds on orders after they have been placed via the website. 
• We can not change a private invoice to a business invoice. 
• Estimated delivery time can be found on the product page of each individual item. We therefore kindly refer you to the website. Larger quantities on request. 
• Corporate orders can only be placed as corporate orders by contacting our B2B team.
