1. DIVIDE & DECORATE WITH SMALLER VASES

Flowers, and especially cut flowers, can be quite expensive. That's why we love to buy a larger bouquet and divide it into several smaller ones. This way, you can decorate with flowers in several places in your home from one bouquet! You can also group the vases together to create a larger arrangement in the window or on a dresser. The best thing about this tip is that you don't have to choose which vase to display in your home. Feel free to pick out all your favourite vases to create a beautiful and vibrant look.

2. CREATE YOUR OWN INDOOR FLOWER BED

A true interior design classic - Ferm Living's iconic Plant box - a modern take on the classic flower table. The Plant box can be used in many different ways and in all rooms of the home - but this spring we're using it to create a beautiful indoor flower bed. Using a soaked oasis, you can decorate your Plant Box with all the cut flowers of spring in a beautiful arrangement for an eye catching installation in your home. Let the flowers scatter wildly, just like they do in nature, and you'll get the perfect look!

3. CREATE VISUAL INTEREST WITH FRESH FLOWERS

Another way to decorate with fresh flowers this spring is to let them take centre stage when creating beautiful focal points in your home. Focal points with some collections of items are beautiful on their own, but when they are also made up of flowers, they are all the more vibrant and complete. With the help of chicken wire, you can use your favourite pot for cut flowers too! Add chicken wire and then arrange the flowers in a criss-cross pattern depending on how you want the arrangement to look. Complement your flowers with a sculpture, candlesticks or a book and suddenly you've livened up a boring sideboard with a beautiful interest point.

4. ALWAYS KEEP A BOUQUET ON THE TABLE

Whether you're sitting at the table for a dinner party, reading your homework together or a simple everyday dinner, it's nice to have a bouquet welcome you to the table. During the spring, when nature begins to bloom, there are many in-season flower favourites to choose from - from fresh to dried. If you find that the bouquet is in the way on the table when you're eating, you can always place it at the end of the table so it doesn't obscure the view between you.

5. LIVEN UP TIRED WINDOWSILLS WITH COLOUR

When spring once again lights up our homes and we pull back the curtains, that's also when we usually feel like renewing and revitalising our windowsills. A punchy yellow is undoubtedly a bright and lively spring colour that will bring life into your home. Mix and match both pots and flowers in different styles and keep them in the same colour to make them stand out in your home.

6. INNOVATE WITH FLOWERS IN UNEXPECTED PLACES

Every room in your home benefits from a little greenery. Let spring move in and sprout even in the places we usually forget to decorate with flowers. Make your home office a little more pleasant to be in with a few green twigs or put a small flower in the bathroom - a simple detail that will make a big difference to your mood.

7. DON'T FORGET THE PATIO

Flowers on the patio or outside the door are just as important as those you decorate with inside. Even outside, you can think about grouping the plants and plant in more durable ceramic pots such as one of Bergs Potter's beautiful pots.
