Why do we celebrate Easter?

Synonymous with spring, Easter is a time of new beginnings and fresh awakenings. A Christian celebration that remembers the resurrection of Jesus, today Easter has come to symbolize the start of the long-awaited spring season emerging from the dark and dreary depths of winter.

When is Easter 2025?

Easter Sunday 2025 falls on Sunday 20th April. However, the celebrations begin a few days prior on 17th April in connection with Maundy Thursday.
