The Bellevue AJ8 wall lamp is part of the 1929 Arne Jacobsen lamp collection, a series of fixtures designed by Jacobsen to illuminate the homes of the future. The collection was an absolute breakthrough for modernism with its ample use of rounded, sharp, and straight lines. The AJ8 employs these aspects in abundance, harnessing the iconic shape of the lamp series in a lacquered aluminium body with myriad brass details.
