Right of withdrawal / Cancel your order

For the fastest handling, you can cancel your order yourself via My Pages.

There you can cancel the order as long as it has not yet been picked at our warehouse. If the order has already been picked, it will be shipped to you, and you can return it once you have received the delivery.

If you are unable to use My Pages, or would prefer to contact us, you can fill in our form and we will help you further with your cancellation.
