The clay will naturally age to give each pot a completely unique and unbridled character. The size of the Köpenhamn pot is perfect for growing larger plants along with citrus or olive trees. The included saucer has a special silicone coating on the inside to render it entirely waterproof, letting you use the ensemble both indoors and out.

During the 19th century, a similar pot was manufactured at Frederiksborg Castle in Denmark. Many years later, Steffen Berg discovered one of these extraordinary specimens in a closed commercial garden — the expressive and utterly classic appearance of the planter gave him the idea for the Köpenhamn flower pot that Bergs Potter produces today, crafted with care right in their small village in Tuscany.
