The Edo cast iron pan from Alessi features an oblong shape that is perfectly adapted to roasting and frying large pieces of meat. Ridges on the surface of the pan help ensure an even heat while preventing the ingredients from sticking to the bottom. A pair of handles on either side of the pan also makes it easy to move around and manoeuvre.
