The Lean Back Balder armchair teak from Warm Nordic was originally designed in 1957 by Danish furniture designer Arne Hovmand-Olsen, who had a talent for both craftsmanship and aesthetics and was known for his innovative Scandinavian style. In this retro armchair, as the name suggests, you can truly lean back and relax – perfect both in front of the TV and in the reading corner with a good book. The lounge chair's cushions are upholstered in the Balder fabric, which is a lovely blend of wool and cotton and is woven with threads in several different colour shades to create subtle colour shifts in the fabric.
