Maestro sauteuse copper from Ronneby Bruk is a copper sauteuse with a triply construction and a cast stainless steel handle. The triply construction means that the vessel consists of three layers, the outermost being copper, the middle aluminium, and the inner stainless steel. The aluminium layer together with the copper provides quick and even heating, while the sauteuse's stainless steel interior offers an easy-to-clean and practical surface for both cleaning and cooking. The sauteuse has a magnetic steel base and can therefore also be used on induction hobs. The handle has the Ronneby Bruk logo engraved and stays cool during cooking thanks to the minimal contact area with the copper sauteuse.
