Miyabi Mizu 5000MCT knife set 3 pieces from Miyabi consists of two Shotoh knives with a blade length of 9 cm and 13 cm respectively, and a Gyutoh knife with a 20 cm blade. The knives are made with a core of refined SG-2 steel and covered with two layers of hammered stainless steel which gives an elegant appearance and prevents ingredients from sticking during cooking.
