Panthella 160 Portable table lamp by Louis Poulsen is a smaller, to-scale variant of Verner Panton's classic Panthella lamp from 1971. This new, battery-powered version features a built-in LED light source with a battery life of five hours when set to full brightness. A button on the foot of the lamp lets you turn the lamp on and change the brightness in fixed steps. Because it is battery-powered, you can place the lamp just about anywhere in your home. The material of the screen creates a soft light with a graceful downward slope while the gleaming foot casts a muted reflection that altogether creates a gentle, atmospheric glow.
