The Bestlite BL3M Floor lamp from Gubi is perfect for any reading nook. The lamp arm can be tilted 90 degrees, both horizontally and vertically, and the lamp shade can be rotated 360 degrees. The Bestlite range was designed in the 1930s by Robert Dudley Best, an heir to one of the world’s biggest lamp factories of the time. In his view, the lamps at the time looked outdated. Inspired by the Bauhaus era, he designed a range that enjoys global iconic status today. The Bestlite lamp is found in permanent collections at both the Victoria & Albert Museum and the Design Museum in London. Quite simply, a real design classic.
