The Rotisser OptiHeat frying pan from Fiskars is a quality pan - both in regards to design, functionality and technology. The pan can be used on all types of stoves, but is optimized for induction stove tops. The smart OptiHeat technology ensured that the pan does not overhead and surpass as a temperature of 230 °C, when used on an induction stove.
