Thingumy & Bob & King's Ruby Moomin plate is part of Arabia's spring 2018. This plate shows an image from one of Tove Jansson's famous stories about Moomintroll and his friends, this season based on the 'Finn Family Moomintroll' story published in 1948. In this story, the Hobgoblin comes to Moominvalley looking for the King's ruby. Thingumy & Bob, who speak their own secret language, had hidden the big ruby in their suitcase and has moved to Moominvalley to seek safety. During a party in Moominvalley, the Hobgoblin offers to copy the ruby so that they he may also have one, called the Queen's ruby.
