Pienet Kivet fabric by Marimekko is made from 100 % organic cotton and features an expressive pattern. Maija Isola’s Kivet pattern from 1956 is based on circles cut out with scissors. The shapes are likely inspired by the large, uneven stones that were cleared by hand from the grounds of the designer’s studio home. The paper-cut shapes evoke the soft angles of the landscape and the irregularity of nature. A decorative fabric detail that can be used to give your interior a personal touch.
