The elegant Chateau carafe was designed by Bertil Vallien for the prestigious Swedish glassworks Kosta Boda. Bertil strove to create a stylized piece that a machine could not produce — it would instead require the skill of a true glass artisan. The thin glass design and striking optical details of the carafe demonstrate the tremendous craftsmanship that lies behind the piece. Use the Chateau carafe to serve water, wine, or other beverages.
