Description

The Kockums frying pan made of carbon steel from Kockums Jernverk is a Swedish-made carbon steel pan that can withstand high temperatures. The 3 mm thick frying pan gets hot quickly and keeps heat very well. The surface is treated with Swedish vegetable oil, to make it easy to fry and serve food after cooking. As you use the pan a new surface layer will build up which creates a natural non-stick coating. The brand logo is subtly engraved on the handle and there is a practical hole for hanging. Kockums carbon steel pan is a versatile tool in the kitchen that you can use to cook everything from sautéed vegetables, fluffy pancakes or meat with a crispy frying surface.
