Kai children's kitchen knife from KAI can be used by children aged 6 years and up and is developed through a collaboration with the German chef Tim Mälzer. The junior knife has an ergonomic shape and is equipped with a non-slip handle made of polypropylene to sit comfortably and securely in small hands. The serrated edge is in turn made of stainless steel with a carbon content of 1K6, which makes the Kai children's kitchen knife easy to work with.
