With a groundbreaking ceramic Slip-Let® coating on the cooking surface and a decorative mosaic pattern in stainless steel on the exterior, the pan is both durable and beautiful to display. The three-layer construction of recycled stainless steel and aluminium provides even heat distribution and a hard surface that withstands metal utensils. The coating reduces the need for fat, delivers a perfect sear and makes cleaning easy. Suitable for all heat sources including induction and oven up to 400 °C. Dishwasher-safe.
