Quintum Sharpening steel/rod with knife sharpener

The Quintum sharpener keeps your knives sharp with five notches. For very worn knives, start by using the integrated knife sharpener on the handle of the sharpening steel. Keep a firm grip on the ergonomic handle and hold the rod vertically: once it is secure, simply pull your knife along the entire length of the blade in a sweeping motion along the sharpening steel. The four different sides each offer a different degree. For general maintenance, we recommend using only the last three notches of the sharpening rod.
