Its clever design means the contact area of the beater is larger than a traditional one, which minimises the risk of burning the sauce, for example. Thanks to its special design, nothing can get caught between the beater wires, which makes cleaning easier. This beater is part of the Profi Plus series and has a handy loop to hang it from.
