The Edo deep frying pan from Alessi features extra-high sides that make it the perfect pan for sautéing, frying and sauce preparation. The Edo collection was designed by Patricia Urquiola with a modern yet wonderfully minimalist look, featuring clean shapes and gently curved handles. The series name is a reference to the Latin word "edere" which means "to eat". It is also the ancient name for the city of Tokyo, whose design aesthetic partially inspired the minimalist form of the collection.
