The Provence Plus set of casseroles from the German brand WMF works on all types of hob and features a patented design that provides an even distribution of heat and retains the heat for a long time, allowing for energy efficient cooking. All casseroles have an extra wide, drip-free rim and a glass lid that can withstand heat up to 180°C. The casserole itself can withstand temperatures up to 250°C. Also includes a saucepan to make it ideal as a kitchen starter set.
