It is a wonderful, summery design that displays the bright midsummer night with our favorite Moomin characters picking flowers in a meadow. According to Scandinavian folklore you are to pick seven different types of flowers on midsummer and place them under your pillow. If you do, you will dream of whom you will marry. The mug was designed by Tove Slotte-Elevant and was inspired by the original illustrations from Tove Jansson's book "Moominsummer madness" from 1954. The Moomin mug's design features red outlines instead of black, for a more summery and light look.
