The Rosarium towel 135x180 cm from the Finnish brand Marimekko is a colourful towel that bears the iconic namesake floral pattern. The Rosarium pattern was originally designed by Aino-Maija Metsola and effortlessly evokes images of a resplendent rose garden in those dwindling days after bloom — full in their splendour and yet the first falling leaves are already caught in the nascent autumn wind. The pattern itself depicts several rose types but focusses primarily on the Rosa Rugosa, the particular variety found outside Aino-Maija Metsola's home.
