Fado vase 33 cm

Fado vase 33 cm, from Swedish brand Kosta Boda, has been mouth-blown at Kosta Glasbruk in the Swedish province of Småland. The vase has an exciting design, both in shape and colour. The drop shape at the bottom of the vase, visible through the transparent glass, and the coloured glass at the top, make this a very elegant vase. Perfect for putting on a side table, for example. The vase has a mushroom-like design with a thin mouth that makes it well-suited both as a glass sculpture by itself or as a vase together with twigs or a couple of flowers. The vase, designed by glass artist Göran Wärff, was inspired by Portuguese music, with its themes of the sea and longing.
