Chateau 40 champagne glass 21 cl, from Swedish brand Kosta Boda, is made from mouth-blown glass at Kosta Glasbruk in the Swedish province of Småland. The glass is characterised by its colour variations ranging from violet to blue and other shades. The exciting design, with a chequered pattern on the long, thin glass, means that the glass reflects light in different ways, creating its striking colour variations. The well-known Chateau collection was designed using clear glass by glass artist and designer Bertil Vallien in 1981. Forty years later, Kosta Boda have released a jubilee collection with coloured glass. The items in this collection go well together and also create an attractive contrast to the clear glass in the original collection. The multi-coloured glasses in the Chateau collection are only on sale during the jubilee year 2021, making them extra special.
