Kontur vase 29 cm

The Kontur vase from Kähler has been meticulously designed by the Danish ceramicist Turi Heisselberg Pedersen to commemorate Kähler's 180th anniversary. The vase is ideal for displaying slightly larger bouquets of flowers but it can also be used as a gorgeous decorative detail even without anything in it. The satin matte surface beautifully complements the undulating silhouette of the piece to render it a striking and sculpturesque interior detail. By itself the vase is an arresting art piece, but in a group they create striking interactions with their varying and complex shapes — the light ricochets off its soft curves to create dynamic shadows that shift and change throughout the day. The Kontur collection contains five vases in various sizes, each with its own unique shape and distinctive character.
