1990/2020 basket Christmas decoration

This wonderful Christmas pendant of a golden basket with graceful birds is part of the Christmas Collectibles series from Georg Jensen. Since its inception in 1984, Georg Jensen has let different designers take the creative helm of this popular collection to produce a diverse array of beautiful and intricate holiday designs. Anna Marie Trolle was the designer behind the 1990 collection, and now in 2020 comes a wonderful tribute to her earlier work. The Christmas pendant is made of gold-plated brass and comes inscribed with the words "Georg Jensen 1990/2020" to commemorate the original release and this anniversary rendition.
