Care Instructions
Before first use:Spread a layer of oil with a piece of paper.
Wipe off after 15 minutes.
After each use:
Wipe the cutting board with a wet cloth.
Do not use more water than is required to clean the surface.
A 5% vinegar mixture can be used for easier cleaning.
Scrub with coarse salt to remove the tougher stains.
Wipe and remove a thin layer of oil.
Wipe off any excess oil.
Store the cutting board dry.
Maintenance:
Oil any dry spots as soon as they are detected.
The surface can be sanded or planed to produce a new clean surface after years of use.
